Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Helsinki, with flexibility for remote work. As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, including:
Proactively identifying and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
Building candidate pipelines and maintaining talent databases
Screening and interviewing candidates
Coordinating with HR and supporting decision-making
Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
