Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.

Candidates with prior experience in AgriTech hiring and hands-on experience in Zoho Recruit will be preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Share interview feedback with candidates in a timely manner.
• Ensure closure of assigned roles within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the HR system.
• Coordinate document collection for selected candidates.
• Support offer processing and onboarding coordination.
