Recruitment Specialist

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures, and developing initiatives to ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives, such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, on-boarding and induction of new employees, as well as identifying and engaging freelancers.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also be responsible for overseeing employees’ journey throughout the probation period, ensuring they are comfortable, performing well, their progress is properly monitored, and any challenges are addressed promptly.
