About the Role

Global Staff Network is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline, conducting pre-screening interviews, and ensuring a smooth handover to the recruitment team for final interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, indeed, Seek and ATS.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews via phone to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
