Role Purpose

The
Recruitment Specialist
plays a critical role in shaping the organisation's workforce by attracting, engaging and securing top talent. By designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and developing talent pipelines, the role supports the goal of maintaining a competitive edge in mining.

Qualifications and Experience

• National Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources & Recruitment

Advantageous:

• Experience working in the Mining & Quarrying industry would be advantageous
