Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist  We are seeking an experienced Recruiter  with outstanding people skills to help us attract top-tier talent. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying future hiring needs and guiding candidates through our selection process. 
The Details  Location:  On-site (Mexicali). 
Address:  Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C. 
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9-hour shift). 
Key Responsibilities  Candidate Selection:  Interview candidates (phone/on-site) to meet company requisitions based on skills and knowledge. 
Pipeline Management:  Maintain a documented pipeline and monitor applications through phone screenings. 
Collaboration:  Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements.
