What you will do

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:
Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and key business partners to support and influence hiring decisions aligned with business priorities;

Translate business requirements into clear and effective recruitment strategies, combining global guidelines with local market knowledge;

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer and onboarding readiness, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery;

Design and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment activities to identify the right talent;

Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey;

Ensure accurate management of recruitment systems and administrative processes, supporting smooth transitions to onboarding;
