Job Overview
The International Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across the African and GCC markets. The role involves sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates for overseas assignments while ensuring compliance with visa, labour, and deployment regulations. This position requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role involves 50% travel and 50% office/remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end international recruitment for African and Gulf region requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, recruitment drives, and international campaigns.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in line with client specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and overseas partners for workforce planning and deployment.
