Due to continued growth, we are seeking four (4) experienced Recruitment Specialists to strengthen our expanding recruitment team. This is an in-house, permanent role offering stability, career progression, and exposure to high-volume recruitment in the Australian blue-collar sector.
THE ROLE:
As a Recruitment Specialist, your key tasks include:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates daily.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Proactively manage volume ad responses and contact applicants within 24 hours.
