Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled.
Conducts In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
In-charge of job offer contract management
Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need
Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company
Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts
Contribute in creating the strategic hiring plans which would help in attracting and recruiting best talent
In-Charge of monitoring specific account/s whenever there would be hiring requirements. Acts as an Account POC
