Recruitment Specialist

Skills Requirement:

• At-least 1-2 years proven experience in BPO recruitment
• Must be college graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource or any behavioral science course
• Hands on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques, evaluation methods and on boarding process
• Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen understanding of the difference between various roles within organization
• Experience in Training is a PLUS
• Must be willing to work ONSITE
