Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; with experience in recruitment work is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years recruitment/recruiting experience

Responsibilities: ·

• Handle end-to-end process of recruitment, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, administering the pre-employment exam, interviewing applicants, and performing reference checks.
• Explore and expand traditional and alternative sources of talents
• Seek to gain a deeper understanding of each job vacancy's unique requirements.
• Consult with members of the Management team to ensure that the right candidates are being placed into the right position.
• Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares recruitment reports, recommends changes to improve the recruitment process.
