Job Description
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing hiring program.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arranges management and client interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Administer needed screening process with candidates, i.e., testing, interviews, etc.
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracker and other database
- Collaborate ideas in branding initiatives to promote company brand
Requirements
This role requires in -office reporting twice a week, during the morning shift.
