Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and post jo advertisements on job boards, career pages and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interview to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interview between candidate and hiring teams.
Maintain and manage applicant tracking file or system.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition activities.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
