Recruitment Specialist

This role is for an experienced Recruiter responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for various departments and clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake to placement
• Write and post job ads across different platforms

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, , and other job boards

• Use LinkedIn headhunting to find and engage passive candidates

• Screen resumes and conduct initial and final interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and clients
• Track candidates and update recruitment pipelines
