Recruitment Specialist

We're seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to help us find top talent You'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our company.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
