Job Description

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. 
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. 
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. 
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates. 
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. 
Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required 
Experience Level:  Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles 
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition 
Experience with HRIS and People Management 
Strong Employee Relations skills 
Excellent communication skills
