Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure SLA compliance

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, or agency preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work onsite three times per week
• Amenable to a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
