Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Administer behavioral, technical, and culture-fit evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure proper documentation of assessment results.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Support calibration discussions and final hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate database and interview trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
