Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Administer behavioral, technical, and culture-fit evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation of assessment results.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Support calibration discussions and final hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate database and interview trackers.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years recruitment experience.
- Strong background in structured interviewing and candidate assessment.
