Recruitment Specialist (Thailand)

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate recruitment plans and budgets based on business strategies. Effectively execute recruitment initiatives to accurately and efficiently fill assigned positions, taking full ownership of recruitment outcomes.

• Assist management in establishing and refining the company's recruitment system. Build and develop the recruitment team to enhance overall hiring capabilities, ensuring recruitment targets are met on schedule.

• Manage, optimize, expand, and operate recruitment channels. Improve the efficiency of all hiring channels, conduct timely analysis and optimization of recruitment costs and results to reduce overall expenses.
