To support our expansion into the United States, we are hiring a fully remote Recruiter Specialist based in Bogotá , responsible for building and strengthening SilverBack’s US talent database. This is a strategic, market‑building role that will directly support the successful launch and growth of our US operations.

The Purpose of This Role

You will help build the foundation of SilverBack’s US market by developing a high‑quality, structured and scalable talent database, supporting both live roles and long‑term US delivery.
