Plans, develops and executes recruitment and sourcing plans to fill the current manpower needs based on positions.
Ensures that pre-screening of applicants, trade test and conducts of actual interview is in conformance with the Company’s standard.
Conducts Character Background checking of key personnel.
Performs job offer and conducts employee’s orientation for newly hired employee’s and ensures the completeness of the pre‑employment requirements in accordance with the agreed standards with the clients.
Ensures proper filing of all recruitment related documents (e.g. 201 file, evaluation forms etc.) Documentation of resigned / separated employees such as clearance form and exit interviews.
Responsible in creating reports and other communications required by the Management.
Supports management plans and directions in line with manpower requirements.
