Recruitment Staff

The Recruitment Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the company's workforce requirements are met by sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates for deployment to clients. This position is responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with company policies, government regulations (particular to DMW rules), and industry standards for land based manpower deployment. The Recruitment Staff works closely with applicants, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely hiring, proper documentation, and smooth onboarding.
