Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, etc.)
• Maintain and manage applicant pool
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants in a timely, professional manner
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
