Job Summary:

The Recruiting Supervisor – Backend leads the backend recruitment team, ensuring efficient hiring support operations. This role focuses on team supervision, coaching, data analysis, and execution of action plans to meet hiring targets within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage backend recruitment team performance and daily operations
