Recruitment Supervisor (BPO)

JOB SUMMARY

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to meet aggressive headcount requirements in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process—from sourcing strategy to onboarding ensuring that all hiring targets are met with quality candidates. The Supervisor serves as a key bridge between operations and the recruitment team, optimizing recruitment funnels and maintaining high conversion rates to support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Recruitment Supervisory role.
• At least five (5) years of comprehensive experience in Recruitment.
• Background in the BPO industry is preferred but not required
• Amenable to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna
• Available to start immediately (ASAP)
