POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely and effective sourcing, screening, and deployment of qualified applicants for various construction positions. The role ensures manpower requirements of all project sites and departments are met according to project timelines, company standards, and DOLE regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment Operations

• Supervise the complete recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, screening, testing, interviews, to job offers.
• Ensure prompt hiring of skilled workers, technical staff, engineers, admin personnel, and project-based employees.
• Manage manpower pooling and maintain an updated talent database.
• Coordinate with project sites regarding manpower needs and deployment schedules.
