Recruitment Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Team Management

2. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment assistants.

3. Monitor daily activities and performance of the recruitment team.

4. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment staff.

5. Handle and Facilitate Recruitment Process

6. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

7. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals).

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

9. Interdepartmental Collaboration

10. Partner with department managers to determine current and future hiring needs.
