Recruitment Supervisor

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities, with strong focus on Sales, Merchandising and Promodising positions. This role ensures timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, leads a recruitment team, and improves hiring strategies to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has solid experience in high-volume recruitment and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily recruitment operations
• Lead, train, and monitor recruiters to ensure hiring targets and timelines are met
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, field recruitment, job fairs, etc.)
