The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume hiring within the retail industry , with a strong ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-level, warehouse, and support roles across multiple retail locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute mass hiring strategies to support seasonal peaks, new store openings, and large-scale recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
