Recruitment Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Supervisor to support our Human Resources operations in the gasoline station industry. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, timekeeping, and coordination with station personnel to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Prepare HR reports, memoranda, and other HR-related documents
• Coordinate with station managers/supervisors regarding staffing concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
