Education

A Bachelor's Degree is usually the minimum requirement for a Recruitment Supervisor or Manager role. Common fields of study include:

Experience

Candidates are generally expected to have a significant background in the field, moving beyond entry-level recruiting.

• 3 to 8+ years of total experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• A minimum of 2+ years of specific experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior recruiter capacity.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, handling a high volume of requisitions.
