Recruitment Support :

The Recruitment Resourcer plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and supporting consultants or hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.

Write and post engaging job adverts Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles

Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls Candidate Management Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Maintain accurate candidate records on the ATS/CRM
