Recruitment Team Lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent staffing experience)
• 5+ years of recruitment experience within a manpower / staffing / workforce solutions firm
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising recruiters or staffing coordinators
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment for contract, temporary, and permanent roles
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts with varying SLAs and hiring demands
• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, and job portals (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, local job boards)
• Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and documentation relevant to manpower hiring
• Excellent client communication and candidate management skills
