• Develop recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and timelines aligned with manpower requirements.
• Supervise recruiters and HR staff, providing coaching and monitoring key hiring metrics and performance.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, and final interviews, ensuring proper assessments and compliance with hiring procedures.
• Approve job offers and contracts while coordinating smooth onboarding and deployment of new hires.
• Improve recruitment processes, job descriptions, workflows, and evaluation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate manpower data, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
