Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Recruitment VA to support the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing placement agency. You'll manage candidates, track pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure all recruitment processes run smoothly. This role works closely with leadership but does not communicate directly with clients or families.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Preparation & Vetting

• Follow up with candidates to complete applications and submit required documents
• Track and ensure candidate experience, references, and details meet quality standards
• Draft or update candidate bios and coordinate reviews with the team

Job & Pipeline Management

• Create and manage job postings in internal systems and project boards
