Mint Rewards is seeking a full-time Waste Management Specialist to oversee waste management initiatives, focusing on efficient and sustainable disposal practices. The role will involve creating and implementing environmentally responsible protocols, ensuring proper waste segregation and recycling, and developing relationships with industry stakeholders. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and marketing, to support and drive the company's waste reduction and recycling initiatives. This position offers a hybrid work model, with some remote work acceptable.
