What You'll Do:
Perform advanced maintenance on drill equipment (hydraulics & electrics)
Lead curative, preventative, and predictive maintenance efforts
Act as a trusted technical reference for key customers
Support proposal development and promote service offerings
What You Bring:
Red Seal Millwright certification
10+ years field experience (with some management exposure)
Strong service mindset and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Computer literate and detail-oriented
Proactive, ethical, and highly organised
