Reddit growth manager (organic + ads)

Website: the Role We’re looking for a Reddit-native growth marketer who understands how Reddit actually works — the culture, the rules, the nuance, and the line between value and spam. This role combines organic Reddit participation with Reddit Ads strategy and execution. Your goal is to drive authentic awareness, discussion, and profitable growth without getting the brand banned, roasted, or ignored. If you treat Reddit like Facebook or Tik Tok, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Reddit (Core) Identify and prioritize relevant subreddits (shopping, travel, EDC, sustainability, lifestyle, etc.)
Participate authentically in discussions using value-first, non-salesy approaches
Write and post:
Text posts
Comment replies
Soft product mentions where appropriate
Know when NOT to post (critical skill)
Engage with users in threads where the br...
