Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Redis instances across multiple environments, including development, staging, and production.
Monitor Redis performance metrics such as memory usage, throughput, and latency; troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues.
Perform routine backups and restores.
Respond to alerts and service tickets related to Redis availability, performance, and stability.
Strong understanding of core Redis concepts, including:
Clustering and sharding
Replication and high availability.
Ability to manage Redis in customer-facing environments and support application interactions with Redis efficiently.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for Redis architecture, configurations.
