Reefer Technician

Job Summary / Position Objectives :
Reefer Van Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining refrigerated transport using reefer vans. This role ensures that refrigeration systems operate efficiently, comply with industry standards, and meet customer requirements. The technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Key Result Areas / Duties & Responsibilities:

1. PRE-LOADING (pre-trip inspection) – REEFER TECH

a) Conducts preparation, inspection, and conditioning of reefer units to align with operational standards and customer specifications, guaranteeing efficiency and reliability before deployment.
