Reference Data Services Junior Analyst - APAC & EMEA Shift

The Reference Data Services Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role. Assists and provides support to Manager and Team members that contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow of the area. Partners effectively with other employees and Citi business units.

Requires a good knowledge of Entity Data Management BAU processes, procedures within main system used and other related systems. A good understanding of the underlying concepts and principles in the Team's processes. Good understanding of how our Team interacts with others in accomplishing the tasks and objectives. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of information. Expected to resolve problems and issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired experience and will be guided by precedents.
