Referral Coordinator

Role Purpose

This role supports Marketing Lead by owning the coordination and administrative workflow tied

to hospital referral portals and referral intake. The goal is to reduce delays, improve

responsiveness, and increase admissions, while On Shore Marketing Person focuses on

relationship-building, escalations, and high-value census-driving activities.

This is a checklist-driven, time-sensitive role where speed, accuracy, and communication

directly impact our credibility with hospital case managers and patients.

Systems / Platforms Used

● Hospital referral portals: CarePort (WellSky), Aidin, AIDA (as assigned)

● EHR messaging (as applicable): MD Anderson In Basket / Epic-style workflows

(once access is available)

● Internal coordination: Teams, G Chat, EHHH referral email, phone (as needed)
