Referral Network Executive

Job description:

• Identify and increase new referrals (communities) based on hospital facilities, resources, and needs to develop appropriate outreach strategies that promote the hospital’s services and facilities.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships and partnerships with external parties to encourage the increased utilization of hospital facilities and services.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products, and services to all potential communities.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient data recording to be used for monthly reporting.
• Collect necessary data and/or prepare reports related to operational activities and visit outcomes

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing
• 2-4 years of experience in community relations, insurance engagement, or healthcare
