(Refineries) Head of IT

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KLK REFINERIES , LOCATED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA , PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the IT roadmap aligned with Group strategy and business priorities.
• Partner with refinery leadership to translate business needs into effective IT solutions.
• Oversee ERP (SAP) systems, including enhancements, integrations, and data governance.
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Manage IT service delivery, ensuring uptime and effective incident resolution.
• Drive business intelligence and reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a strong service-oriented culture.
