Your goal will be to prepare meats, fish, vegetables, soups, sandwiches, salads and other hot food grill products. You will also prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. You will also be responsible for performing duties in the areas of food preparation and café operations, including cleaning, inventory control, and providing input to build new menus.
