Refrigeration and Airconditioning technician

Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and airconditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper operation and cooling efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain airconditioning and refrigeration units.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, and coils.
Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Prepare service reports and communicate issues to supervisors or clients.
Qualifications:
TESDA NCII holder in Refrigeration and Airconditioning (preferred).
Experience in HVAC installation and repair is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
