Refrigeration Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Refrigeration System Operation & Maintenance
Supervise daily operations of ammonia and freon-based refrigeration systems.
Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions for abnormalities.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance plans are executed effectively.
Lead troubleshooting and system optimization with maintenance and production teams
2. Compressed Air System Management
Oversee operation and maintenance of compressors, dryers, receivers, filters, and piping systems.
Monitor performance and address deviations.
Execute preventive maintenance programs.
Improve reliability and efficiency through inspections and leak detection.
3. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor refrigeration technicians and associates.
Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure high safety and quality standards.
Identify training needs and ensure competency in operations and emergency response.
