Refrigeration Engineer

At T&G Global, we grow, pack and market fresh produce to customers around the world. Our Hawke’s Bay postharvest facilities play a critical role in maintaining fruit quality, and our refrigeration systems are central to that success.

We’re seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our Postharvest Engineering team in Hastings, working across our East and West sites.

With approximately 30 tonnes of ammonia across both sites, this is a technically significant and safety‑critical position requiring deep industrial refrigeration expertise and the ability to operate with confidence and independence.

You’ll work alongside two other Refrigeration Engineers, collaborating to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of our refrigeration and controlled atmosphere systems.
