Refrigeration Gas Technician | $50-60/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC/Gas Technician to support a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties across the Greater Vancouver Area. The ideal candidate will hold a valid HVAC or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Journeyman license, along with a Gas Fitter ticket.
This is a mobile field service technician role requiring travel between sites to perform service, maintenance, and emergency response for HVAC and gas systems in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned properties to perform inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and gas-fired systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, split systems, and building controls.

Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled, identifying and correcting potential system issues before failure.

Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly, minimizing system downtime and ensuring tenant comfort.
